Problem: In Fintech, there is a myriad of regulations published over many years that one must comply with to make small changes to products. If you wish to change interest rates by 25 basis points, there are over 300 regulations that impact this change.


Solution: We built a LLM based system trained on all compliance documents released by RBI in 50 years. Powered by a chatbot, it points to specific regulations impacting any product change.


Results: What would take two weeks can now be accomplished in one hour, resulting in a 95% cost saving.

Solution: We trained a LLM on enterprise product data & historical CS interactions to power an L1 chatbot. It segregates issues correctly and resolves basic issues, escalating relevant items to human teams.

Problem: It is hard to contact customers on the phone while recovering loan dues, customers respond to phone calls at their convenience.


Solution: We used AI to mine data and discover that that the likelihood of customers responding at the time at which they were onboarded is high. We used this knowledge to send timed notifications and eliminating the need for a phonecall.


Results: Higher re-payments, lower cost by removing phone calls, and customers found it more convieninte to pay digitally with well timed reminders vs annoying phone calls.

Solution: We used AI to decipher call back requests from call recordings that the agents would not correctly record and also ensured. proper script compliance.
